2.科研情况

围绕蛋白质溶液动态结构与功能关系研究中的技术难点,发展顺磁核磁共振新方法,并用于阐释多结构域蛋白质在溶液中的动态结构变化及其与功能的关系、蛋白酶在催化反应过程中短寿命中间体的三维结构及催化反应分子机制;利用顺磁核磁共振技术分析药物分子和天然产物的立体化学结构。近年来发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Catal., Sci. China Chem., J. Phy. Chem. Lett., Chem. Commun.等期刊发表多篇论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金项目、山东省青创团队项目,2017年入选全国博士后“博新计划”项目。
